Basket’s of Data

The image is a representation of having three drives, e.g. Drive C, Drive D and a Hidden Drive.

One basket has the operating system and programs data in it.  The other basket has your personal files in it.  And the third has the hidden files that can restore the computer.

.

.

Keep in mind that the primary drive where the operating system and program’s operate from is under constant threat of attack or file system instability.

So if Drive C crashed and it needed to be reformatted or the o.s. needed to be reinstalled, then all the data in it including your personal files will be lost.

.

.

So do you really think that having all your data conveniently stored in one drive is a better idea than diversification?
